تم توقيف شخص متهم بإضرام النار بإحدى غابات ولاية جيجل وإيداعه الحبس المؤقت، بأمر من قاضي التحقيق لدى محكمة الطاهير، حسب ما جاء يوم الاثنين في بيان لوكيل الجمهورية لدى ذات المحكمة.
و أضاف : “المتهم تم توقيفه عن جناية وضع النار عمدا طبقا للمواد 396 و 396 مكرر من قانون العقوبات”.
و ورد في البيان كذلك بأن “قاضي التحقيق لدى محكمة الطاهير, وبعد سماع المتهم عند الحضور الأول, أصدر أمرا بإيداعه الحبس المؤقت”.
